General description of the farm holidays part
1 - Map of the propriety :
The map show the hill which is crossed by the comunal road. The propriety is of about 1.5 ha.
There are two more part of ground near the residence that are part of the farm holidays. In total the area is of 9 ha.
All service are connected (water, telephone, electricity..).
2 - The plan shows the entire structure and arrangement of space around buildings:
Both the structures that other accommodations were all made. The whole area surrounding the buildings, including parking, is equipped with two lighting systems (high and piles on the ground facility). The company is equipped with agricultural machines, two tractors, one with a 4 wheel drive tracks, written off, but renewed and working machines and 10/12.
In 2009 the farm has been awarded the quality mark with certificate No. 16894 issued by CSQA The Farm does not offer food as designed to accommodate families or groups of people in five self-contained apartments, furnished and equipped, named Francesca, Laura (building refurbished), Maddalena, Mark, Lydia (building recently built and now completed).
Description of the five apartments on each floor plan.
The estate consists of two buildings: a completely new and one renovated.
3 Renovated factory consists of ground floor, 1 floor and attic. Apartments Francesca and Laura.
Doors, windows and exterior wood shutters. Smaller buildings flanking the ground floor and greet services (eg laundry with washing machine, bathroom, etc..). Central heating. Francesca apartment (partially furnished, is to complete the decor of the kitchen and bedrooms).
4 - Laura Apartment: fully furnished and equipped: the first floor + attic with bathroom.
The kitchen is the custom furniture (marble top, solid wood furniture, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave). The kitchen of this apartment has the same structure as the kitchens of the other three apartments. The kitchen equipment is able to satisfy the needs of guests. The master bedroom is in style year 1930. Characteristic of this apartment is the abundance of terraces (three terraces and a balcony).
5 - NEW PROPERTY, which consists of apartments on the ground floor Magdalene and Lydia and Mark on the first floor.
All these apartments have porch and terrace make this a pleasant outdoor life. Aluminum blinds, wood windows, solid wood doors. Central heating, hot water produced with solar. Ground floor.
Magdalene House: dining room / kitchen with fireplace, fully fitted kitchen with the same characteristics to the kitchen of Laura, living room with solid wood furniture and cupboard in solid wood, custom, new construction. Two bedrooms with wood furniture, with air conditioning. Bathroom with shower. Security door. Ground floor. Lydia Apartment: living room / kitchen equipped with custom-made furniture with the same characteristics to the kitchen of Laura. One bedroom with natural wood furniture, with air conditioning. Bathroom with shower.
6 First floor.
Marco Apartment: kitchen with custom furniture with the same characteristics to the kitchen of Laura, scullery / pantry, living room with fireplace, air-conditioned bedroom with furniture year 1920, a single bedroom (with double separable) air-conditioned cab custom wood closet full of new construction, bathroom with shower. Terrace with porch. Security door.
7 Basement:
a warehouse, a warehouse / workshop with local services on the ground floor of the new structure there is the reception. Rainwater is collected in three tanks (in a blanket) with a total capacity of 250 cubic meters and used for irrigation of crops.
Paved roads connect the structure to the town (2 km), reached by urban service, the sea (10 km), the mountain (30 miles). Nearby Cities: Lancaster 19 km, 25 km Vasto, Pescara 50km (airport) motorway 8 km, 8 km railway structure is positioned at the center of Italy. From there it's easy to get to Rome, Naples, Ascoli Piceno, Chieti ... ..
